I'm in need of a room for rent for only one month. From December 1-January 1, 2009. If you are interested in making some extra Christmas money, please pray about it and email me: jgavlick@tampabay.rr.com. In case you're wondering, my lease is up at Dec. 2, and will be charged $150/mo. more than what I'm paying at present, to go "month-to-month" afterwards. I begin bible school this year on January 2, 2009. I'm 55, so I'm responsible, clean, quiet, and won't be here for about 2 weeks out of the month. Am going to New Jersey for Christmas holiday. So you will only have me for about 2 weeks or so. I can only afford to pay $400 including utilities. I have an airbed to sleep on, so I won't need a bed.
